    Дисертацію присвячено комплексному дослідженню теоретико правових і прикладних проблем закриття кримінального провадження на стадії підготовчого судового засідання, у якому на основі критичного опрацювання положень теорії кримінального процесу, аналізу судової практики сформульовано висновки, що дають змогу виконати низку завдань практико-прикладного спрямування, пов’язаних із реалізацією судом його процесуальних повноважень. The dissertation is devoted to a comprehensive study of the theoretical-legal and applied problems of closure of criminal proceedings at the stage of the preparatory trial in court, in which, based on a critical study of the provisions of the theory of the criminal process, analysis of court practice, conclusions are formulated that make it possible to fulfill a number of tasks of a practical and applied direction, related with the court's exercise of its procedural powers.
