The relationships between a banker and a customer, or a debtor are bearing a veil of confidentiality upon the legislation and jurisprudence, as a variety of other legal relationships that invoke professional secrecy, such as the relationships between the patient and physician, the counsel and his client, the priest and the penitent, as well as other combinations, which are common for the jurisprudence of Anglo-American and continental legal systems.
