    Зарубіжний досвід професійно-психологічного відбору поліцейських кадрів.Foreign Experience Professional and Psychological Selection Police Shots

    Здійснено порівняльний аналіз психодіагностичного інструментарію професійно-психологічного відбору в Україні та зарубіжних країнах (США, Франція, Італія, Велика Британія, Російська Федерація). Висвітлено основні етапи відбору кандидатів на службу в Національній поліції України. Зазначено ключові психологічні якості кандидата, що мають відповідати вимогам до професії поліцейського.The comparative analysis of psychodiagnostic tools for professional psychological selection in Ukraine and other foreign countries (the USA, France, Italy, UK, Russia Federation, etc.) were done. The basic stages of professional psychological selection to the National Police of Ukraine are shown. The main psychological qualities of the candidate, which must comply with the police profession, are outlined. According to nowadays stronger requirements for police officers, caused by quality selection of personnel are raised. Recent events associated with the manifestations of terrorism and the intensification of transnational organized crime, gave many reasons for improving the selection and training of police forces of different states.

    Визначено складові професійної компетентності патрульного поліцейського. Окреслено основні шляхи формування патрульного як професіонала. Схарактеризовано заходи з виявлення факторів, які сповільнюють професійний розвиток поліцейського. Проаналізовано особистісноіндивідуальні й управлінські якості, пізнавальні та психологопедагогічні компетенції. Обґрунтовано ефективність комплексної методики психологічного забезпечення процесу формування професійно компетентних працівників системи органів Національної поліції. Зʼясовано стадії становлення професійної компетентності працівника підрозділів патрульної поліції. Сформульовано комплекс вимог до професійної компетентності та професіоналізму поліцейських.The professional competence of the patrol policeman consists of personality traits, professional skills and knowledge, experience, skills, abilities and motivations. The work of practical psychologists and the governance of the National Police units is aimed at patrol preparation as a professional, taking in to account the component composition of all competencies. The identification signs of a professional crisis, professional burn out and decrease in professional motivation of patrol are important during the formation of professional competence.
