    Статтю присвячено дослідженню правової природи особистих немайнових прав інтелектуальної власності на кінематографічний твір. У ній розглянуто поняття та ключові ознаки особистих немайнових прав інтелектуальної власності. Проаналізовано законодавчо визначений перелік останніх і з’ясовано зміст особистих немайнових прав інтелектуальної власності у кінематографічній сфері. До того ж розглянуто особисті немайнові права інтелектуальної власності, доцільність законодавчого закріплення яких обґрунтовується в науковій літературі. The article is devoted to the study of the legal nature of personal non-property intellectual property rights to a cinematographic work. The article deals with the concepts and key features of personal non-proprietary intellectual property rights. The legislative list of the latter is analyzed and the content of personal non-proprietary intellectual property rights in the cinematographic sphere is determined. In addition, personal non-property intellectual property rights, the expediency of legislative consolidation of which is substantiated in the scientific literature, are considered.
