Досліджено поняття та наукові підходи до визначення нормативних вимог до судових рішень в кримінальному процесі, а також їх важливість з позиції кримінально-процесуальної форми, перспектив перегляду та оскарження та значення для суспільства. The article is devoted to a comparative study of normative requirements for court decisions in the criminal process of the Baltic countries and Ukraine. Concepts and scientific approaches to determining normative requirements for court decisions in criminal proceedings, as well as their importance from the point of view of the criminal procedural form, perspectives of review and appeal, and significance for society, were studied.
