    У статті охарактеризовано правові засади публічного адміністрування у сфері соціального захисту населення. Встановлено, що публічне адміністрування у сфері соціального захисту є комплексом організаційно-правових заходів, які здійснюються спеціально уповноваженими органами – суб’єктами публічного адміністрування: органами державної виконавчої влади, органами місцевого самоврядування, суб’єктами делегованих повноважень та окремою групою органів, що не відносяться до жодної з перелічених груп, але здійснюють специфічні функції у публічно-правовій сфері з метою забезпечення соціальної політики держави, та яких спрямовано на забезпечення соціальних виплат, пільг, послуг тощо. The paper characterizes the legal fundamentals of the public administration in the sphere of social protection of the population. It is established that the public administration in the sphere of social protection of the population is a complex of organizational and judicial measures implemented by a specially authorized bodies that are public administration entities: state executive authorities, local self- government bodies, delegated powers entities and a separate group of the bodies that are not referred to any of said groups but still perform specific functions in the public and judicial sphere with a view of implementation of the social policy of the state and aimed at provision of social payments, benefits, services, etc.
