Визначено, що невіддільним складником предмета адміністративно-правового забезпечення економічних інтересів України є належне визначення компетенції суб’єктів владних повноважень у цій сфері. The article is devoted to the characteristics of the competence of the subjects of jurisdictional and non-jurisdictional powers to ensure the economic interests of the state as a sphere of administrative and legal regulation and the subject of administrative and legal support of economic interests of the state. It is determined that an integral part of the subject of administrative and legal support of economic interests of Ukraine is the proper determination of the competence of the subjects of power in this area.
