    Актуальність дослідження зумовлена тим, що крадіжка є найпоширенішим видом злочинів проти власності в Україні, а питання справедливості й ефективності покарання за її вчинення набувають особливого значення в умовах постійних законодавчих змін і соціально-економічних викликів. The relevance of the study is determined by the fact that theft remains the most common type of property crime in Ukraine, while issues of fairness and effectiveness of punishment for its commission gain particular importance under conditions of constant legislative changes and socio-economic challenges.
