    Стаття присвячена дослідженню досвіду функціонування інститутів спільного інвестування в окремих зарубіжних країнах, зокрема, в США, Великобританії та країнах Європейського Союзу. У першу чергу, автором роз’яснюється термінологічний апарат, який використовується у зарубіжній правовій доктрині в контексті діяльності інститутів спільного інвестування. The article is devoted to the study of the experience of functioning of collective investment schemes in some foreign countries, in particular, in the United States of America, Great Britain and the European Union. First of all, the author explains the terminology used in foreign legal doctrine in the context of collective investment schemes.
