    На основі аксіологічного підходу розглядається інноваційна культура як система цінностей, відображених у свідомості й поведінці особистості, що виражається через виявлення творчих сил і здібностей, талантів, розвиток і реалізація креативного потенціалу. Таким чином, інноваційна культура фахівця з вищою освітою відображає його здатність до творчого сприйняття, розуміння і перетворення дійсності в професійній сфері, його здатність успішно діяти в динамічному інноваційному середовищі. Based on the axiological approach, innovative culture is considered as a system of values reflected in the consciousness and behavior of the individual, which is expressed through the identification of creative forces and abilities, talents, development and realization of creative potential. Thus, the innovative culture of a specialist with a higher education reflects his ability to creatively perceive, understand and transform reality in the professional sphere, his ability to successfully operate in a dynamic innovative environment.
