Проведено аналіз законодавства, наукової літератури та правозастосовної практики щодо цього питання. На підставі аналізу уточнено поняття способів захисту права на ділову репутацію суб’єктів господарювання. The article explores the concept of ways to protect the business reputation of businesses. An analysis of legislation, scientific literature and law enforcement practice on this issue. Based on the analysis, the concept of ways to protect the right to business reputation of business entities is clarified. It is determined that the ways to protect the right to business reputation of business entities are not prohibited by law substantive legal actions or a set of actions (measures) aimed at terminating the violation or threat of violation of the right to business reputation of the business entity and restoration of the violated right.
