    У цій науковій статті визначено зміст та види юридичних гарантій реалізації права осіб з інвалідністю на охорону здоров’я. Суб’єктом застосування гарантій виступає держава в особі уповноважених компетентних органів, які діють з метою захисту прав і свобод громадян. Головне значення в забезпеченні прав і свобод особи належить саме юридичним гарантіям, які закріплені у праві і забезпечують реалізацію його норм. This scientific article defines the content and types of legal guarantees for the realization of the right of persons with disabilities to health care. The subject of the application of guarantees is the state of the competent authorities, which act to protect the rights and freedoms of citizens. The main importance in ensuring the rights and freedoms of the individual belongs to the legal guarantees that are enshrined in law and ensure the implementation of the law.
