    Дисертацію присвячено дослідженню сутності та особливостям здійснення міжнародної правової допомоги під час проведення процесуальних дій у кримінальному провадженні на стадії досудового розслідування. Прослідковано генезу розвитку міжнародного співробітництва в кримінальному процесуальному законодавстві України й зазначено, що на кожному етапі державотворення діяли правові норми, які регулювали міжнародну та зовнішньополітичну діяльність. The dissertation is devoted to the study of the essence and features of the implementation of international legal assistance during procedural actions in criminal proceedings at the stage of pre-trial investigation. The genesis of the development of international cooperation in the criminal procedural legislation of Ukraine was traced and it was noted that at every stage of the state formation of Ukraine there were always legal norms that regulated the international and foreign policy activities of the state.
