    У статті розкривається поняття секуляризму і його вплив на мусульманську правову систему та законодавство. Вбачається, що релігія, мораль та право перебувають у взаємозалежному зв’язку, сприяють урегулюванню суспільних відносин і є важелем впливу в системі управління держави. Однак сучасні світові тенденції диктують відокремлення релігійного і світського в системі управління державою. Особливо це притаманно європейській культурі. The article reveals the concept of secularism and its impact on the Muslim legal system and legislation. It is regarded as the religion, morality and law are closely interrelated, contribute to the regulation of social relations and are considered to be a lever of influence in the system of government. However, modern world trends dictate the separation of religious and secular in the system of government. This is especially true of European culture.
