    ЗАРУБІЖНИЙ ДОСВІД НАДАННЯ ДОЗВОЛУ НА РОБОТУ ДЛЯ ІНОЗЕМЦІВ (НА ПРИКЛАДІ СЛОВАЦЬКОЇ РЕСПУБЛІКИ). FOREIGN EXPERIENCE IN GRANTING WORK PERMITS FOR FOREIGNERS (ON THE EXAMPLE OF THE SLOVAK REPUBLIC)

    У статті досліджено зарубіжний досвід надання дозволу на роботу для іноземців на прикладі Словацької Республіки. Розглянуто дозвіл иа роботу як документ, який дає право іноземцю на легальне працевлаштуваиння в іншій країні за умови наявності у такого іноземця підстави перебування. Авторами розглянуто адміністративні процедури отримання дозволів на роботу різними категоріями іноземців залежно від країни їх громадянства та виду дозволу на проживання (перебування) у Словацькій Республіці. Здійснено порівняння адміністративних процедур отримання дозволів на роботу для іноземців у Словацькій Республіці. The article studies the foreign experience of granting work permits for foreigners on the example of the Slovak Republic. In the authors' view, a work permit serves as a document entitling a foreigner for legal employment in another country, if such a foreigner has grounds for staying, allowing such person an opportunity to work in accordance with the legislation of that country. The administrative body of the state will issue the work permit after considering the foreigner's request for such permission, representing the realization of the right to ensure the foreigner's right to work, which meets the formal features of the administrative procedure. The author analyzes the Law of the Slovak Republic "On the Residence of Foreign Citizens and on Amendments and Additions to Certain Laws in the following editions", which sets out the requirements for issuing work permits to foreign citizens.
