    Одним зі стратегічних напрямів України у міжнародному просторі є інтеграція до Європейського Союзу. У зв’язку з цим адаптація законодавства України до законодавства ЄС у сфері інтелектуальної власності набуває особливого значення в частині виконання міжнародних зобов’язань і завдань Угоди про партнерство та співробітництво між Україною та ЄС. Приведення до єдиної системи охорони прав на торговельні марки є важливим чинником для економічного зростання та створення інновацій, що мають на меті виведення України на новий європейський рівень як для бізнесу, так і для пересічного споживача. One of Ukraine’s strategic directions in the international space is integration into the European Union. In this regard, the adaptation of Ukrainian legislation to EU legislation in the field of intellectual property is of particular importance in terms of fulfilling international obligations and tasks of the Partnership and Cooperation Agreement between Ukraine and the EU. Bringing to a single system of protection of trademark rights is an important factor for economic growth and the creation of innovations aimed at bringing Ukraine to a new European level, both for business and the average consumer.
