    У статті проаналізовано основні процесуальні аспекти забезпечення доступу до правосуддя під час проведення спеціального досудового розслідування та спеціального судового розгляду як з позиції науки, так і з позиції законодавця. Зокрема, зосереджено увагу на наступних особливостях проведення спеціальних порядків кримінального провадження. Участь захисника під час проведення спеціальних порядків кримінального провадження є обов’язковою. The article analyzes the main procedural aspects of ensuring access to justice during special pre-trial investigation and special court proceedings from both the scientific and legislative perspectives. In particular, the author focuses on the following peculiarities of special criminal proceedings. The participation of a defense counsel in special criminal proceedings is mandatory. It is emphasized that the pre-trial investigation body must constantly take measures to establish the whereabouts of a person, not limited to the statement of a wanted notice and the available materials on the places of residence or stay to which the person was previously reported or summoned.
