    Обмеження, пов’язані із проходженням державної служби в митних органах.

    Дисертаційну роботу присвячено дослідженню обмежень, пов’язаних із проходженням державної служби в митних органах. Дослідження показало, що науковий дискурс щодо різних аспектів діяльності митних органів насичений внесками фахівців та експертів з адміністративного, кримінального, господарського, трудового та інших галузей права. Водночас багато наявних положень потребують переосмислення у зв’язку з правовим та соціально-економічним контекстом введення в Україні воєнного стану, що супроводжується активізацією переміщення товарів і транспортних засобів, зокрема в режимі імпорту, і, як наслідок, нерідко призводить до збільшення корупційних ризиків і частоти порушень митного та антикорупційного законодавства з боку державних службовців митних органів. Такі процеси вимагають розробки та впровадження нових підходів до правового регулювання обмежень, пов’язаних із проходженням державної служби в митних органах. The dissertation is devoted to the study of restrictions related to state service in customs authorities. The research has shown that the scientific discourse on various aspects of the activities of customs authorities is saturated with contributions from specialists and experts in administrative, criminal, economic, labor and other areas of law. At the same time, many existing provisions require rethinking in connection with the legal and socio-economic context of the introduction of martial law in Ukraine, which accompanies the intensification of the movement of goods and vehicles, in particular in the import regime, and, as a result, often leads to an increase in corruption risks and the frequency of violations of customs and anti-corruption legislation by civil servants. customs authorities. Such processes require the development and implementation of new approaches to the legal regulation of restrictions associated with the passage of state service in customs authorities.
