Окреслюється нормативна база, якою врегульовуються різні аспекти управління наукою у Федеративній Республіці Німеччина, а також аналізуються загальні положення Конституції Німеччини щодо розмежування повноважень у сфері управління наукою між федерацією та землями. The article examines the experience of in the management and organization of scientific research. The normative base regulating various aspects of Germany science management is outlined, and the general provisions of the German Constitution are analyzed on the division of responsibilities in the sphere of science management between the federation and the states.
