    Українська спільнота нині опинилася в часи великих змін і перетворень, оскільки весь той біль, страждання, які ми сьогодні переживаємо не зламала українців, а навпаки зміцнили, об’єднали та продовжують виховувати бойовий дух та об’єднувати навколо себе весь цивілізований світ. В умовах війни особливо гостро стоїть проблема виховання активної громадянської позиції, підвищення рівня правової культури, правової культури, усвідомлення поваги та непорушності демократичних цінностей. The Ukrainian community has now found itself in the times of great changes and transformations, because all the pain and suffering that we are experiencing today did not break Ukrainians, but on the contrary, they strengthened, united and continue to raise the fighting spirit and unite the entire civilized world around them. In the conditions of war, the problem of fostering an active civic position, raising the level of legal culture, legal culture, awareness of respect and inviolability of democratic values is particularly acute.
