    У статті розглянуто методико-криміналістичні засоби як структурний елемент методико-криміналістичного забезпечення протидії злочинам. Сконцентровано увагу на такій вагомій ознаці криміналістичного забезпечення, як предметність. Ця ознака свідчить про пряме, безпосереднє відношення розроблених і запропонованих засобів специфіці слідчої діяльності, особливостям відкриття і здійснення кримінального провадження. Розглянуто і проаналізовано поняття «засіб» у декількох аспектах. Виокремлено види засобів криміналістичного забезпечення. The article considers methodological and criminalistic means as a structural element of methodological and criminalistic support of crime prevention. Attention is focused on such an important feature of criminalistic support as objectivity. This feature indicates a direct, direct relationship of the developed and proposed means to the specifics of the investigative activity to the peculiarities of the opening and implementation of criminal proceedings. The concept of means in several aspects is considered and analyzed. The types of means of criminalistic support are highlighted.
