    У статті проаналізовано законодавство України у сфері охорони навколишнього природнього середовища та визначено завдання і повноваження Національної поліції України та Служби безпеки України у сфері забезпечення екологічної безпеки України. Встановлено, що зазначені правоохоронні органи, у межах компетенції, здійснюють комплекс гласних і негласних заходів щодо протидії окремим екологічним правопорушенням, насамперед кримінальним. Авторами наголошується на необхідності закріплення у вітчизняному законодавстві за Національною поліцією України та Службою безпеки України статусу суб’єктів забезпечення екологічної безпеки України. Environmental safety is one of the key priorities of Ukraine’s state policy, as the state of the environment directly affects the nation’s health, economic development and overall well-being. This direction is enshrined in the constitutional provisions that serve as the main foundation for ensuring the environmental safety of the state. These provisions are detailed and developed through the laws of Ukraine and other regulations. Most environmental problems today are the result of criminal activity.

    У статті досліджено теоретичні та правові підходи до визначення поняття та сутності корупції в Україні та світі. Проаналізовано визначення корупції, яким керуються в таких міжнародних організаціях, як ООН, Рада Європи, НАТО, ОЕСР та Transparency International, а також у стратегічних документах США. Розглянуто визначення корупції в українському законодавстві та науковій літературі. Наголошено на необхідності комплексного підходу до протидії корупції, що включає правові, соціально-економічні та культурні аспекти. Зроблено висновок про важливість формування антикорупційної культури в суспільстві та розроблення диференційованих стратегій протидії корупції. The article provides a comprehensive analysis of theoretical and legal approaches to understanding the concept and essence of corruption in Ukraine and abroad. Importance of the study is stipulated by the prevalence of corruption phenomena in the modern world, and their destructive impact on various spheres of public life and national security of the States. The author emphasizes the historical conditionality of corruption, its ability to adopt to changes in the socio-economic and political context, and the need for a thorough scientific study of this phenomenon to develop effective anti-corruption strategies. The purpose of the article is to analyze the existing theoretical and regulatory approaches to the definition of corruption in order to predict the further evolution of this concept and enrich the scientific discourse in this area.
