Встановлено, що Інформаційно-довідковий департамент Державної податкової служби України є її територіальним органом, та став правонаступником усіх прав та обов’язків реорганізованого як юридичної особи Інформаційно-довідкового департаменту Державної податкової служби України. This article is devoted to the study of the theoretical and legal foundations of the functioning of the Information and Reference Department as a separate division of the State Tax Service of Ukraine. It is established that the Information and Reference Department of the State Tax Service of Ukraine is a territorial body of the latter, and has become the legal successor of all the rights and obligations of the Information and Reference Department of the State Tax Service of Ukraine, which has been reorganised as a legal entity.
