Вивчено міжнародно-правові підходи до дієвості норм міжнародного права у національних правових системах (монізм, дуалізм), а також практика їхнього застосування в Україні. The article examines the problems of the European Court of Human Rights as a source of law in the legal system of Ukraine. International legal approaches to the effectiveness of international law in national legal systems (monism, dualism), as well as the practice of their application in Ukraine are studied.
