    У дисертаційному дослідженні розглянуто теоретико-праксеологічні основи використання спеціальних знань під час розслідування знищення або пошкодження об’єктів рослинного світу. На підставі комплексного аналізу кримінальних проваджень про знищення або пошкодження об’єктів рослинного світу обґрунтовано методологічні засади використання конкретних видів спеціальних знань під час розслідування кримінальних правопорушень, передбачених ст. 245 Кримінального кодексу України, досліджено форми і зміст участі спеціаліста у слідчих (розшукових) діях у цій категорії проваджень, а також розроблено рекомендації для залучення судового експерта до проведення експертиз. The dissertation study examines the theoretical and practical foundations of the use of special knowledge during the investigation of the destruction or damage of objects of the plant world. Based on a comprehensive analysis of criminal proceedings on the destruction or damage of objects of the plant world, the methodological principles of using specific types of special knowledge during the investigation of criminal offenses provided for in Article 245 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine are substantiated, the forms and content of the specialist's participation in the main investigative (search) actions in this category of cases are studied, and recommendations are developed for involving a forensic expert in conducting examinations. It has been established that the professional knowledge of an investigator investigating criminal offenses provided for in Article 245 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine involves knowledge of regulatory legal acts of the following types (levels): legislative acts (international regulatory legal acts ratified by Ukraine, codes and laws of Ukraine); subordinate normative acts (resolutions of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, decrees of the President of Ukraine, resolutions and orders of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, regulatory documents of ministries, departments, other state authorities); law enforcement documents (summaries, letters, reviews, rulings of courts of various instances summarizing law enforcement practice in criminal proceedings against the environment).
