    ЗАСТОСУВАННЯ ДЕРЖАВНИХ СТАНДАРТІВ ПРИ ВРЕГУЛЮВАННІ ПРИВАТНИХ ВІДНОСИН. Application of state standards in the settlement of private relations

    У статті розглядаються питання доцільності застосування державних стандартів в сімейному законодавстві України, а саме, при врегулюванні питання стягнення аліментів на утримання дітей. Мова йде про такий державний стандарт, як прожитковий мінімум на дитину відповідного віку, взятий законодавцем як критерій при визначенні мінімального гарантованого рівня аліментів та мінімального рекомендованого рівня аліментів. The article discusses the expediency of applying state standards in the family legislation of Ukraine, namely, when regulating the issue of collecting alimony for the maintenance of children. We are talking about such a state standard as the subsistence minimum for a child of the appropriate age, taken by the legislator as a criterion in determining the minimum guaranteed level of alimony and the minimum recommended level of alimony.
