Conducting internal organizational training is a very effective tool for motivating employees in enterprises. In the initial stages of the implementation of internal training, subordinates may resist such innovations. Therefore, to implement this management decision, managers need to prepare the team in advance. However, after at least one cycle of training, the results will be noticeable.
