З’ясовано сутність адміністративної юрисдикції, яка процесуально заснована на принципах юрисдикційної діяльності загалом та включає правову оцінку поведінки учасників адміністративно-правових відносин, а також застосування до них заходів державно-владного примусу. The article, based on the analysis of current legislation, available scientific, journalistic and methodological sources, including foreign experience, clarifies the legal nature, nature and features of administrative-jurisdictional relations. The essence of administrative jurisdiction is clarified, which in procedural terms is based on the principles of jurisdictional activity in general and includes a legal assessment of the behavior of participants in administrative-legal relations, as well as the application of coercive measures.
