    Дисертацію присвячено дослідженню адміністративно-правового регулювання діяльності Національної поліції України в умовах дії правового режиму воєнного стану. У роботі на підставі аналізу позицій і думок учених, а також дослідження нормативно-правового підґрунтя адміністративно-правового регулювання діяльності Національної поліції України в умовах дії правового режиму воєнного стану узагальнено теоретико-методологічні засади дослідження адміністративно-правового регулювання діяльності Національної поліції України в умовах дії правового режиму воєнного стану, охарактеризовано зміст такого регулювання, а також окреслено напрями його удосконалення. The dissertation is devoted to the study of administrative and legal regulation of the activities of the National Police of Ukraine in the conditions of the legal regime of martial law. Based on the analysis of the positions and opinions of scientists, as well as the study of the regulatory and legal basis for the administrative and legal regulation of the activities of the National Police of Ukraine in the conditions of the legal regime of martial law, the theoretical and methodological foundations of the study of the administrative and legal regulation of the activities of the National Police of Ukraine in the conditions of the legal regime of martial law are summarized, the content of such regulation is characterized, and the directions for its improvement are outlined.
