    У статті розглянуто функціонування морських торгових портів України та значення якості послуг морського агентування для формування конкурентоспроможності портів. Проведено SWOT-аналіз українських морських торгових портів, визначено сильні та слабкі сторони, можливості та загрози. Надано перелік пріоритетних напрямків організаційного розвитку морських торгівельних портів України, як умови забезпечення їх конкурентоспроможності в умовах глобалізації світової економіки. Сформовано принципи функціонування та розвитку морських портів. Ukraine is a maritime state, with numerous sea and river ports. This is an integral part of the country's transport and industrial infrastructure. Services provided by seaports and maritime agency services for the organization and establishment of the process of interaction between ships and ports are in great demand, but need to be improved in the context of globalization of the world economy and growing consumer needs. The purpose of the work is to research the system of sea trade ports and sea agencies in Ukraine in the context of globalization of the world economy, to identify priority areas and principles of sea trade ports development in Ukraine.
