    У статті досліджено сутність митного оформлення на морському транспорті. Проаналізовано наукові надбання дослідників цієї тематики, виокремлено найбільш вдалі твердження для можливості правильного застосування й тлумачення певних норм. Встановлено, що морський транспорт поділяється на види, від чого залежить здійснення митних процедур. При цьому значна увага приділяється технологічним схемам, бо потреба їх розроблення обумовлена особливостями оформлення в конкретному порту документів у процесі здійснення митних процедур. The essence of customs clearance on sea transport is investigated in the article. The scientific achievements of the researchers of this subject are analyzed; the most successful statements are singled out, for the possibility of correct application and interpretation of certain norms. It is established that maritime transport is divided into types, on which the implementation of customs procedures depends. At the same time, considerable attention is paid to technological schemes because the need for their development is due to the peculiarities of processing documents in the specific port of the process of customs procedures. It is determined that the customs clearance of military vessels is carried out by the customs authority only with the participation of representatives of the defense and first and foremost. The peculiarities, customs procedures for each type of maritime transport are the separation of the accessory of the vessel, whether public or private.
