    Стаття присвячена дослідженню сутності та змісту діяльності органів розслідування та прокуратури на етапі закінчення досудового розслідування. З’ясовано особливості відкриття матеріалів кримінального провадження, вивчення матеріалів і затвердження прокурором обвинувального акта, здійснення нагляду за додержанням прав підозрюваного при прийнятті рішення про закриття кримінального провадження.The article is devoted to the investigation of the nature and content of the activities of the investigation bodies and the prosecutor's office at the stage of completion of the pre-trial investigation. The peculiarities of opening the criminal proceedings materials, examining the materials and approval by the prosecutor of the indictment, exercising supervision over the observance of the rights of the suspect when deciding to close the criminal proceedings, were clarified.
