    ВПЛИВ ВІЙНИ В УКРАЇНІ НА ЄВРОПЕЙСЬКИЙ СТРАТЕГІЧНИЙ КУРС ПРОТИДІЇ ТОРГІВЛІ ЛЮДЬМИ. The impact of the war in Ukraine on the European strategic course against human trafficking

    У статті аналізуються стратегічні європейські документи, що направленні на протидію торгівлі людьми. В яких починаючи із збройного вторгнення РФ в Україну приділяється значна увага формуванню нових форм і методів внаслідок масового переселення біженців з України в країни ЄС та виникнення нових ризиків щодо торгівлі людьми. Проаналізовано такі документи як: Директива ЄС про боротьбу з торгівлею людьми, Стратегія ЄС щодо боротьби з торгівлею людьми (2021–2025), Повідомлення раннього попередження, Директива про тимчасовий захист, Оперативні вказівки для допомоги державам-членам у застосуванні Директиви. Особлива увага була приділена «Плану із 10 пунктів: для посилення європейської координації щодо прийому людей, які тікають від війни з України». The article analyzes strategic European documents aimed at combating human trafficking. In which, starting with the armed invasion of the Russian Federation in Ukraine, considerable attention is paid to the formation of new forms and methods due to the mass resettlement of refugees from Ukraine to EU countries and the emergence of new risks related to human trafficking. The following documents were analyzed: the EU Anti-Trafficking Directive 2011/36/EU, on the EU Strategy on Combatting Trafficking in Human Beings (2021–2025), the Early Warning Notice, the Temporary Protection Directive, Operational guidelines for the implementation of Council implementing Decision 2022/382. Particular attention was paid to the 10-point Plan: to strengthen European coordination on the reception of people fleeing the war in Ukraine.

    ДО ПРОБЛЕМИ ВИЗНАЧЕННЯ ПОНЯТТЯ «ЗЕМЕЛЬНІ ПРАВОВІДНОСИНИ». The problem of definition of “land legal relationship”

    Мета статті полягає у визначенні сутності та поняття земельних правовідносин. У статті, на основі аналізу наукових поглядів вчених, надано авторське визначення поняття «земельні правовідносини». Наголошено, що запропоно- ване у науковій праці визначення терміну «земельні правовідносини» підлягає обов’язковому закріпленню в Земельному кодексі України, оскільки воно відображає всю різноманітність суспільних відносин, об’єктом яких є земля, всі специфічні властивості землі, а також підкреслює комплексний характер їх правового регулювання. Зроблено висновок, що дефініція земельних відносин повинна відображати три ключові позиції: а) всю різноманітність суспільних відносин, об’єктом яких є земля; б) всі специфічні властивості землі як об’єкта їх регулювання; в) комплексний характер правових норм, які визначають режим їх правового регулювання. tionship” The purpose of the article is to define the essence and concept of land legal relations. In the article, on the basis of the analysis of scientific views of scientists, provided author definition of the concept of “land relations”. It is emphasized that the definition of the term “land relations” in the scientific work is obligatory to be fixed in the Land Code of Ukraine, since it reflects the entire diversity of social relations, the object of which is the land, all the specific properties of the land, and also emphasizes the complex nature of their legal regulation. It was concluded that the definition of land relations should reflect three key positions: a) all the variety of social relations, the object of which is land; b) all specific properties of land as an object of their regulation; c) the complex nature of legal norms that determine the regime of their legal regulation.
