    Стаття присвячена ключовим питанням правового регулювання режиму робочого часу крізь призму тенденцій розвитку суспільства, держави та ринку праці. Досліджується категорія робочий час як окремий інститут науки трудового права, як інститут галузі трудового права, а також процес правозастосування, зокрема, рішень Європейського суду з прав людини (далі – ЄСПЛ), що особливо є актуальним у зв’язку з виконанням положень Угоди про асоціацію між Україною та ЄС. The article is devoted to the key issues of legal regulation of working hours through the prism of trends in society, the state and the labor market. The category of working time as a separate institute of labor law science, as an institute of labor law, as well as the process of law enforcement, in particular, decisions of the European Court of Human Rights (ECHR), which is especially relevant in connection with the provisions of the Association Agreement. between Ukraine and the EU.
