    У статті досліджується принцип солідарності у контексті доступу до лікарських засобів. Принцип солідарності – це соціальна цінність європейських країн та Європейського Союзу. Солідарність можливо визначити як певний принцип організації суспільства, в основі якого є об’єднання ресурсів і можливостей членів суспільства для досягнення спільних цілей, при цьому інтереси кожного із членів знаходяться у рівновазі з інтересами суспільства. This article examines the principle of solidarity in the context of access to medicines. The principle of solidarity is the social value of European countries and the European Union. Solidarity can be defined as a principle of social organization, which is based on the pooling of resources and opportunities for members of society to achieve common goals, and the interests of each member are in alignment with the interests of society.
