    У статті досліджено та проаналізовано стан державного регулювання зовнішньоекономічної діяльності в Україні. Охарактеризовано впроваджені зміни у механізмі регулювання зовнішньоекономічної діяльності в умовах воєнного стану. Виокремлено проблеми державного регулювання зовнішньоекономічної діяльності та окреслено майбутні перспективи розвитку. Встановлено, що під час воєнного стану зміни у регулюванні зовнішньоекономічної діяльності повинні враховувати часткову втрату логістичної інфраструктури, зростання рівня політичних ризиків, складність вибору партнерів для налагодження співпраці, щоб у подальшому сприяти ефективному введенню міжнародної торгівлі. As a result of the introduction of martial law on the territory of Ukraine, state regulation is complicated by a number of problems, in particular, in the area of ensuring economic stability and development. Therefore, there is an urgent need to find new mechanisms for the organization of state regulation of foreign economic activity, which will be adaptive to today's conditions and provide adequate support for international trade relations, in order to facilitate the search for new markets for the sale of domestic products and services. During the martial law, changes in the regulation of foreign economic activity should take into account the partial loss of logistics infrastructure, the increase in the level of political risks, the difficulty of choosing partners and establishing cooperation, etc. and help the country in the effective conduction of international trade.
