    У статті проводиться систематизація нормативно-правових актів, що регу- люють створення, наповнення, інтегрування з іншими інформаційними систе- мами, використання, випробовування та удосконалення Єдиної інформаційної системи соціальної сфери (ЄІССС), її зміст та структуру, вплив на інформаційні правовідносини у сфері реалізації та захисту соціальних прав громадян, а також з’ясування недоліків правового регулювання функціонування ЄІССС та окрес- лення напрямів їх корегування. The article systematizes the regulatory legal acts that regulate the creation, filling, integration with other information systems, use, testing and improvement of the Unified Information System of the Social Sphere (UEISS), its content and structure, the impact on informational legal relations in the sphere of implementation and protection of social citizens’ rights, as well as clarifying the shortcomings of the legal regulation of the functioning of the EISSS and outlining directions for their correction.
