    У статті окреслено питання організаційних інструментів управління кадровою безпекою. Розглянуто особливості та складові кадрової безпеки торговельного підприємства. Розроблено алгоритм системи управління кадровою безпекою що ґрунтується на меті, об’єктах, суб’єктах, складових оцінки та інструментах кадрової безпеки. Надано рекомендації, що містять інструменти управління за складовими кадрової безпеки, наведена їх стисла характеристика та переваги. Об’єднання наведених інструментів дозволить попереджати негативні наслідки та знешкоджувати можливі ризики та загрози з боку персоналу, а також здійснювати захист працівників, забезпечив їх належними умовами праці, основними потребами та реалізував їх основні цілі в розвитку. The paper outlines the issues of organizational tools of personnel security management. It is determined that one of the most important components of financial and economic security of a commercial enterprise is the personnel component, which includes employees who influence all aspects of the enterprise, as they are related to its functioning and effective operation. Combining the above tools of the personnel security management system will allow on the one hand to prevent negative consequences and eliminate potential risks and threats from staff, on the other hand, to protect employees, provide them with proper working conditions, ensure their basic needs and achieve their main goals development.
