    У дисертації здійснюється наукова розробка теоретичних та практичних засад, а також комплексне розв’язання практичних питань діяльності органів досудового розслідування Національної поліції України у провадженнях в справах про адміністративні правопорушення. Висвітлюється стан дослідження проблем діяльності органів досудового розслідування Національної поліції України у провадженні в справах про адміністративні правопорушення, досліджується поняття та зміст адміністративно-правового статусу органів досудового розслідування Національної поліції України, а також розглядаються поняття та механізм реалізації правового статусу органів досудового розслідування Національної поліції України у провадженні в справах про адміністративні правопорушення. The dissertation provides a scientific development of theoretical and practical foundations, as well as a comprehensive solution to practical issues of the activities of pre-trial investigation bodies of the National Police of Ukraine in proceedings on administrative offenses. The article highlights the state of research on the problems of activity of the pre-trial investigation bodies of the National Police of Ukraine in proceedings on administrative offenses, examines the concept and content of the administrative and legal status of the pre-trial investigation bodies of the National Police of Ukraine, and also considers the concept and mechanism for implementing the legal status of the pre-trial investigation bodies of the National Police of Ukraine in proceedings on administrative offenses.
