    The relevance of the topic lies in the fact that the information sphere and drug promotion often remain outside the effective legal response. This issue is particularly acute in Ukraine, because war, social instability, and weakening of institutional control contribute to the activation of drug crime, in particular in the information space. The purpose of the study was to assess the need for criminalisation of advertising of narcotic drugs, psychotropic substances, and their analogues in Ukraine. Актуальність теми полягає в тому, що інформаційна сфера та просування наркотиків часто залишаються поза межами ефективного правового реагування. Особливої гостроти ця проблема набуває в Україні, адже війна, соціальна нестабільність і послаблення інституційного контролю сприяють активізації наркозлочинності, зокрема, в інформаційному просторі. Метою статті була оцінка потреби в криміналізації реклами наркотичних засобів, психотропних речовин та їх аналогів в Україні.

    Characteristic features of robberies against residential property committed by organised groups in rural areas. Характерні особливості розбійних нападів на житло осіб, вчинених організованими групами в сільській місцевості

    The relevance of the subject under study lies in the fact that under martial law, the problem of robberies against citizens’ homes is exacerbated, specifically, their danger increases due to the greater probability of members of an organised criminal group having firearms than in peacetime. The purpose of this study was to identify the characteristics of robberies against residential premises in rural areas committed by organised groups, to establish the factors which influence the choice of the victim of a future attack by the perpetrators, and to identify preventive measures to reduce the commission of such crimes. Актуальність досліджуваної теми полягає в тому, що в умовах воєнного стану загострюється проблема розбійних нападів на житло громадян, зокрема посилюється їх небезпечність унаслідок більшої ймовірності наявності в учасників організованої злочинної групи вогнепальної зброї, аніж у мирний час. Мета статті полягала у виявленні характерних рис розбійних нападів на житло осіб у сільській місцевості, що вчиняють організовані групи, встановленні чинників, які впливають на вибір зловмисниками жертви майбутнього нападу, визначенні превентивних заходів для зменшення вчинення таких злочинів.

    Amidst the full-scale war in Ukraine, an increase in the number of crimes against property involving weapons, characterised by suddenness, brutality, and aggressiveness, has occurred. Such crimes violate not only the inviolability of housing and property rights but also harm the health and lives of victims. In this regard, the study aims to examine the possibilities of using automated information retrieval systems of the Ministry of Internal. В умовах повномасштабної війни на території України відбулося збільшення кількості злочинів проти власності із застосуванням зброї, що вирізняються раптовістю, жорстокістю та агресивністю. Такі злочини порушують не тільки межі недоторканості житла, права власності, а й завдають шкоди здоров’ю і життю жертв. У зв’язку із цим, метою дослідження було вивчення можливостей використання автоматизованих інформаційно-пошукових систем Міністерства внутрішніх справ і Національної поліції України під час розслідування розбійних нападів на житло громадян із застосуванням зброї.

    The relevance of this article stems from the fact that, in the context of the Russian Federation’s large-scale war against Ukraine, there is a growing need for the proper documentation of evidence, specifically through the interrogation of victims and witnesses in proceedings related to torture and the unlawful detention of civilians by the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation. The aim of the article was to examine the specifics of conducting interrogations in criminal proceedings concerning crimes related to cases of torture and unlawful detention. To achieve this aim, a wide range of scientific research methods were employed, including empirical, structural and systemic approaches. Актуальність статті зумовлена тим, що в умовах широкомасштабної війни Російської Федерації проти України зростає потреба в належному документуванні доказів, зокрема шляхом проведення допиту потерпілих і свідків у провадженнях, пов’язаних із катуваннями та незаконним утриманням цивільних з боку Збройних сил Російської Федерації. Метою статті є дослідження специфіки проведення допиту в кримінальних провадженнях щодо злочинів, пов’язаних із випадками катувань і незаконного утримання. Для досягнення поставленої мети було застосовано низку методів наукового дослідження, серед яких емпіричний, структурний і системний підходи.

    Currently, the problem of violations of property rights involving the seizure of other people’s property and breaking into people’s homes with weapons is becoming more acute. Poor investigation of these cases causes a public outcry. Victims are the ones who have the best information about the incident, so it is important to study the prerequisites for interrogating the injured party. The research aims to build a structure of consistently logical, generalised questions for interrogating victims of robberies involving the use of weapons. Нині загострюється проблема порушення права власності щодо заволодіння чужим майном з проникненням до житла осіб з використанням зброї. Неякісне їх розслідування викликає суспільний резонанс. Потерпілі найкраще володіють інформацією щодо події, тому актуальним є дослідження передумов допиту потерпілої сторони.

    The relevance of the article lies in the fact that in the conditions of the full-scale war of the Russian Federation against Ukraine, the need to strengthen control over arms trafficking, ensure law and order, and the safety of citizens is becoming more acute. The illegal trade in weapons leads to an increased risk to public safety and creates the conditions for a rise in violent crimes. The aim of the article was to establish optimal ways to prevent the illicit trafficking of firearms, explosives, and ammunition during martial law and, based on international experience, to investigate the feasibility of their legalisation. Актуальність статті полягає в тому, що в умовах повномасштабної війни російської федерації проти України загострюються необхідність посилення контролю за обігом зброї, забезпечення правопорядку та безпеки громадян. Незаконний обіг зброї призводить до збільшення ризику суспільної небезпеки, створює умови до зростання кримінальних правопорушень із застосуванням насильства. Метою статті було встановлення оптимальних шляхів запобігання незаконному обігу вогнепальної зброї, вибухових речовин і бойових припасів під час воєнного стану та на основі міжнародного досвіду дослідити доцільність їх легалізації.
