    Автором констатується прогалина в рівні дослідженості верховенства права у сфері економічного розвитку на вітчизняному рівні. Проводиться узагальнення позицій науковців щодо визначення поняття «глобалізація». Досліджується адаптація економічного розвитку України до глобалізаційних процесів. Аналіз практики застосування основоположних міжнародно-правових актів дає автору підстави визначити місце принципу верховенства права в доктринах і концепціях сучасного міжнародного співтовариства. Відзначається роль доктринальних напрацювань із зазначеної теми в практиці авторитетних міжнародних організацій. The author notes a gap in the level of certainty of the rule of law in the field of economic development at the domestic level. The positions of scientists regarding the definition of “globalization” are summarised. The adaptation of Ukraine’s economic development into globalisation processes is being investigated. An analysis of the practice of applying fundamental international legal acts gives the author reason to define the principles of the rule of law in the doctrines and concepts of the modern international community. There is noted the role of doctrinal developments on this topic in the practice of authoritative international organisations.
