    Стаття присвячена розкриттю основних форм реалізації принципу розумності в цивільному процесі України. Обґрунтовано, що цивільний процес як система представляє собою послідовність дій, апріорі має бути сформована розумно, що є належним підґрунтям для розумних правових і процесуальних правил і наслідків застосування приписів цивільного процесуального законодавства. The article is devoted to the disclosure of the main forms of realization of the principle of reasonableness in the civil process of Ukraine. It is substantiated that the civil process as a system is a sequence of actions, a priori civil procedural law.
