    У статті досліджено причини низької маркетингової активності приватних виконавців, як суб’єктів господарювання, розглянуто причини виникнення такої ситуації та зумовлені нею наслідки, зроблено висновки про доступні засоби реклами в контексті правосуб’єктності приватного виконавця. The article examines the reasons for the low marketing activity of private enforcement officers as business entities. In addition, it considers the reasons for such a situation as well its consequences and draws conclusions about the available means of advertising in the context of the legal personality of a private enforcement officer.
