    Особливості роботи зі слідами ніг та взуття під час огляду місця події. Peculiarities of working with footprints and shoes during the inspection of the scene

    У роботі розглянуто механізми утворення об’ємних та поверхневих слідів ніг та взуття, їх різновиди, правила та загальна послідовність дій щодо пошуку, виявлення, вилучення та фіксації слідів ніг та взуття під час огляду місця події. Окремо приділено увагу питанням, що вирішуються під час криміналістичного дослідження слідів ніг та взуття, а також вимог до матеріалів, які надаються для проведення лабораторного дослідження. Методичні рекомендації рекомендовані для здобувачів юридичних закладів вищої освіти та працівників системи кримінальної юстиції та правоохоронних органів уповноважених на розкриття та розслідування кримінальних правопорушень.The work examines the mechanisms of volume and surface traces of feet and shoes, their varieties, rules and the general sequence of actions regarding the search, detection, extraction and fixation of traces of feet and shoes during the inspection of the scene. Particular attention is paid to the issues that are resolved during the forensic examination of foot and shoe prints, as well as the requirements for materials that are provided for conducting a laboratory examination. Methodological recommendations are recommended for applicants of legal institutions of higher education and employees of the criminal justice system and law enforcement agencies authorized to disclose and investigate criminal offenses.
