The thesis of the scientific report defines the peculiarities of the legis-lative provision of surrogate motherhood in Ukraine and the world, the concept of surrogate motherhood as a type of assisted reproductive technologies, as well as the shortcomings of the legal regulation of the institute of surrogate motherhood in Ukraine.
