Оскільки вид інформації, що розглядається, є специфічним і комплексним поняттям, його правовий захист може розглядатися з погляду цивільного, інформаційного права, а також права інтелектуальної власності. In this scientific article, the author notes that scientific and technical information is currently the most important object that requires permanent and continuous protection and legal protection. Since the type of information considered is a specific and complex concept, its legal protection can be considered from the point of view of civil, information law, as well as intellectual property rights. In fact, the author in this scientific article also comprehensively analyzes the issues of protection of rights to scientific and technical information, taking into account all its specifics.
