Розглянуто особливості визначених мір покарання за кримінальні правопорушення проти економічної системи, що діють та діяли в Україні протягом останніх 100 років, зокрема відповідно до Кримінальних кодексів 1922 р., 1927 р., 1960 р. та 2001 р. nomic system in domestic criminal legislation. The article analyzes the issue of the evolution of domestic criminal law sanctions for criminal offenses against the economic system. The specifics of the specified measures of punishment for criminal offenses against the economic system, which operate and have operated in Ukraine during the last 100 years, are considered, in particular in accordance with the Criminal Codes of 1922, 1927, 1960 and 2001.
