    Стаття присвячена соціальному аспекту реформування системи управління державною службою. Автором висвітлена характеристика сучасної системи управління державною службою в Україні та сформоване її визначення. Зауважено, що від ефективності організації та правового регулювання праці державних службовців, в тому числі оплати праці, розвитку кадрового потенціалу, вирішення соціальних питань залежить успішність як державно-кадрової стратегії, так і успішність функціонування державної служби в цілому. The article is devoted to the social aspect of reforming the public service management system. The author gives the characteristics of the modern civil service management system in Ukraine and forms its definition. It is noted that the effectiveness of the organization and legal regulation of the labour of civil servants, including wages, the development of personnel potential, the success of social issues depend on the success of both the public-personnel strategy and the success of the public service as a whole.
