    Статтю присвячено комплексному аналізу правових засад цивільної конфіскації незаконних і необґрунтованих активів на прикладі законодавства Грузії, оцінюванню перспектив імплементації окремих елементів цієї моделі в праві України. Цивільна конфіскація постає як важливий інструмент нейтралізації економічної основи протиправної діяльності незалежно від результатів кримінального переслідування, тому метою статті є аналіз матеріально-правових і процесуальних особливостей цивільної конфіскації в Грузії, визначення її концептуальних відмінностей від української моделі та формулювання науково обґрунтованих пропозицій з удосконалення національного законодавства. The article provides a comprehensive analysis of the legal foundations of civil confiscation of illegal and unjustified assets, using the legislation of Georgia as a case study, and assesses the prospects for implementing certain elements of this model in Ukrainian law. The relevance of the study is determined by the limited effectiveness of purely criminal-law mechanisms in countering organized crime, corruption, illicit drug trafficking, human trafficking, money laundering, and terrorist financing, which are characterized by high latency, significant evidentiary difficulties, and the extensive use of financial and corporate schemes to conceal assets. Under such conditions, civil confiscation emerges as an important instrument for neutralizing the economic basis of unlawful activities, regardless of the outcome of criminal prosecution.

    Актуальність обраної теми зумовлена загостренням тривалої соціальної нестабільності, спричиненої війною, політико-економічними флуктуаціями, масовими переміщеннями й інформаційною турбулентністю, що формує хронічний режим невизначеності та порушує психологічне благополуччя населення. У таких умовах науково обґрунтовані підходи до психологічної підтримки є передумовою індивідуальної та суспільної стійкості. The relevance of the chosen topic is determined by the growth of prolonged social instability caused by war, political and economic fluctuations, mass displacement, and information turbulence, which creates a chronic state of uncertainty and undermines the psychological well-being of the population. In these conditions, scientifically based approaches to psychological support become a key prerequisite for individual and social resilience.

The relevance of the chosen topic is determined by the need to develop effective approaches for supporting the psychological well-being of the individual under conditions of uncertainty, particularly in the context of social and political transformations characteristic of modern Ukraine. In today’s world, where dynamic changes in the economic, political, and social spheres have become the norm, the development of such approaches is crucial for ensuring the stability and harmonious development of society.
