Зазначено, що наразі психологи органів системи МВС України з метою психологічного вивчення персоналу використовують різноманітні психодіагностичні інструменти, вибір яких іноді недостатньо обґрунтований. The article is devoted to the issue of finding ways to improve psychological research on the individual characteristics of police officers based on the application of an optimal set of psychodiagnostic techniques. It is noted that psychologists of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine currently use a variety of psychodiagnostic tools for the psychological study of personnel, the choice of which is sometimes insufficiently justified.
